VELUX makes roof access from your attic storage area simple and safe. Our maintenance-free GVT access window is perfect for your unheated and uninsulated loft spaces. This practical and convenient window is made of weather-resistant polyurethane and has a large opening for easy entry and exit.

Product features:
- For installation in roofs with a pitch of 20°- 65°.
- The double-pane window comes with an insulating glaze and special gas filler.
- Extra large, accessible opening of 49 X 76 cm.
- Three ventilation positions: 5°, 15° and 30°.
- Window frame and flashing come with a weather-resistant polyurethane coating, available in black or brick red.
- The sash is made of extruded aluminium.
- A left-side handle comes as standard, but can be moved to the right prior to installation.
- Non-skid tread on the bottom frame.
- Patented safety opening restrictor prevents the window from swinging open and banging against the roof.
- Integrated universal flashings for both flat and profiled roofing material up to 6cm high.*
*Not for use with standing seam metal roofs.
